- 2009 is just days away so make the most of what’s left of 2008 by maximizing tax deductions and gathering your receipts for all the generous donations you’ve made to [NONPROFIT NAME] this year.

Simply make an immediate gift through Donate Now on our About My Nonprofit page and you will promptly receive your tax receipt from MissionFish on the confirmation page as well as via email. - You can also sell any item with eBay Giving Works and waive your right to a donation refund by December 31, 2008. MissionFish will then instantly issue you a receipt.
- After your item sells:
- 1. Sign-in to your My eBay account (with your eBay ID/password)
- 2. Click into your Donations Account
- 3. Select Donation Due
- 4. Go through the donation flow and on the Review and Submit page check the box to waive your right to a refund.
- 5. Once you finish submitting your donation, check your Donation History to retrieve your tax receipt.
- Receive a tax receipt for 2008 donations made to date
Now that you’ve sold your unwanted items or made a donation through Donate Now, collect your receipts so you can prepare for the tax season. Here’s how: - 1. Sign-in to your My eBay account (with your eBay ID/password)
- 2. Click into your Donations Account
- 3. Select Donation History
- 4. Search for the 2008 Tax Year in the drop-down menu
- 5. Click Request a Tax Receipt
